getDirInfoParser is a private Sax Parser designed to rapidly parse a <username>.xml file for directory/filter names.This Sax parser is designed to return a list of MadrigalDirectory classes found in a given file. This list is presently used to support the isprint selection web page, which needs to know about all user directories and filters.
